Costs are based on a per project bases no matter how long or how many days it requires to complete
the project. I always spend at least one full day at the project site, from dawn till dusk exploring all the
photographic possibilities of the building. The number of photographs is dependent upon building
interest, but I always create as many photographs as possible, it is in my nature.
Most exterior projects require at least two days, possibly three depending upon the weather, location,
and sun transit. Also nights photographs if exterior lighting has been installed and lends interest to
the structure. All of this is flexible and depends upon your needs and the creative potential of the building.
To estimate cost I will require:
the exact street address
a site plan
architectural drawings or renderings
Interior photography is a bit more complicated and can only be estimated by size, volume of photographs,
and technical difficulty. For a small amount of rooms I can simply show up for the day but for a large
amount a preliminary walk thru may be necessary.

Often in the case of exterior photography a montage of multiple photographs may be required due
to certain obstacles or obstructions at the site. This is often necessary at city locations due to
street traffic, trucks unloading, and a variety of other situations. Either way the cost will be estimated
for you prior to photography.
All retouching costs are additional and are to be determined and approved by you after the photography.
After photographing the site I will send you over the internet low resolution samples for you viewing
pleasure. From these you can determine what and if any photographs require retouching attention. Once
you have determined what is needed, I will supply you with a cost proposal for the project. Some of the
possibilities for retouching are; blue skies, blue skies with puffy clouds, grass or scenic planting,
roadway repair, and removal of building obstructions (ie: power lines, lamp fixtures, telephone poles).
After completion all photographs are copied to a CD-ROM and proof sheets are made of all the photographs.
This package in turn will then be mailed to you or uploaded to my private server.
